Email info@fragenta.com and include your iOS version, MELOARA version, and a short description where possible.
Do not send passwords, full payment details, API keys, or highly sensitive personal content.
Missing purchase or credits
Keep the app open during purchase confirmation. An Apple transaction finishes only after the server securely grants the credits once. MELOARA retries unfinished transactions the next time the app starts.
Song still processing
Keep MELOARA open or open the song again later. If generation permanently fails, the reserved song credit should be returned automatically. Contact us if the status does not change or the credit is not returned.
Test safely and fairly
Do not use another person’s voice, artist identity, lyrics, or other content without the required rights and permission. MELOARA is intended only for users aged 18 or older.
