This notice describes processing in the MELOARA app and will be updated if features or data flows change.

Data we process

• a random anonymous user ID for sign-in and credit management;
• song idea, style tags, and optional original lyrics you enter;
• generation status, technical identifiers, and result URL;
• Apple transaction identifiers used to grant purchased credits once;
• technically necessary server logs for security and troubleshooting.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to provide the requested song generation, delivery, and credit accounting, prevent misuse, and investigate technical errors. Processing supports the service relationship, legal accounting and record-keeping duties, and our legitimate interests in a secure and functional service.

Service providers and transfers

Supabase provides sign-in, database, and server functions. Song content is sent to Treblo as the AI music provider for generation. Apple processes in-app purchases under the terms of your Apple account. Treblo states that business API content may be processed in the United States and involve disclosed subprocessors. Do not include highly sensitive personal information in prompts or lyrics.

Retention

Completed songs are stored locally on your device. Credit and transaction records are retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Treblo result links expire after approximately 168 hours, so MELOARA attempts to download completed audio to your device promptly. Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority. Because the app uses an anonymous identifier, we may need technical details from the app to match a record to you.

MELOARA is intended only for people aged 18 or older.
